Previously we were Trung Phan Photography, but after ten years of the great and weird Pacific Northwest area of Portland Oregon, Trung turned his gaze inward towards Denver.

• Why did you move?
  • " I loved Portland Oregon where i was based, its where I feel like my people are. But due to the pandemic and its long lasting effect on the city and its people, I felt like I had two choices. I could stay and watch the city build itself back up, or I could look into other passions as I decide where to go next. So then came and went some time in NYC, A season building and living in a tiny home, a year helping my parent re-build their home, another year being a cafe Co-Partner, and then finally the start of my MFA in photography. Choices then felt like options, and I wanted to grow my photography beyond the little corner of the United States I was in. So we looked at Denver and started Navric Studios."
• What is different between Navric and Trung Phan Photography?
  • "A lot! New website, new photos, new photography equiptment. Almost everything is new but I am bring along the 10+ years of experience to kickstart the studio. Very soon we will be displaying other genres of photography as well."
  • "My favorite change is that I am no longer working alone! I have my go to videographer that has committed to joining me for each video add-on, and I am building an in-house team to streamline every other aspect of running a studio
• Where is the Studio in Navric Studios?
  • "Hopefully comming fall 2026. Step one was moving to Denver, step two is to bring my wedding experience here, and then finally we can bring the team from all over the country in."
• Is Trung Phan Photography still open?
  • "All of the photos are still up, you can see then via the button below, but all current and future projects/bookings will be tthrough Navric Studios."
